Some before and after pictures by our team at Prime Precision Roofing🛡 we finished up this project last week.

we replaced the following for this couple ⚒️🔨🏚

1. All non breathable membrane replaced with New breathable membrane.

2. All battons replaced with New treated battons.

3. All ridge caps completely rebedded and valleys.

4. Fascia,Soffits,guttering, downpipes and timber
replaced all around the house with new upvc.

5. Newly installed dry verge system installed at the side gable end of the house.

6. Some rafters replaced for this customer on gable ends and some on the extension aswell.

7. Thankfully most the tiles where reusable. We only replaced the damaged tiles.

1. Installed all new breathable membrane and treated battens to improve ventilation and protect against moisture and for long-term durability.✅️🔨

2. We installed dry ridge system with waterproof kits for a stronger maintenance free finish.✅️🔨

3. The side gable rafters where replaced to reinforce the structure, and we finished it off with All new pvc Gutter, Fascia, Soffits, Downpipes and a dry verge system.✅️🔨

No mortar at the side gable end of this customers house which caused birds nesting✅️

Battons where rotted away from all the rain coming inside over a long period of time✅️

Felt had several holes in different places and was deteriorated which was affecting the waterproof membrane system✅️

What did we do🤔?

1.Felt replaced at side gable end and rotted battens which ensured that the waterproof membrane system would be working properly✅️

2. All side gabel repointed with new mortar afterwards which stops birds from getting inside and leaving the side gable exposed for potentially more damage in the future✅️
