I've worked on the plans for this housing development in different phases for several years, consisting of approx. 70 sites, based in Greenisland, Co. Antrim.
It's now a well established development with a mixture of detached bungalows, two & half storey townhouses, chalet type bungalows and semi-detached houses throughout the site.
A large open plan green for kids play area is also included.
Good sized plots with plenty of space between dwellings, leading to lots of amenity space and not that cramped feeling of some sites.
Building work still going on, with approx a dozen or so sites left to fill..

Extension to Social Club to provide additional dining facilities/restaurant..
Where do I start with this one?
After a long drawn-out process, to the Planning Dept and back several times, we finally recieved the go-ahead after over a year in the process!

Turned out well in the end though :)

Had the pleasure of designing this, seeing the build through construction phase and onto completion..
Large two & half storey dwelling on a farm with detached garage & playroom over.
Lovely traditional country house with clean lines, modern internal fittings to include no artificial fuel heaing, no boilers, no oil or gas! Powered only by solar and ground source heating!
Generous sized rooms including en-suites to all bedrooms and also guest accommodation on second floor..

Another new house in the County Down countryside I had the real pleasure of designing, preparing plans for and overseeing the works on-site until completion..
