Csp member Fergal Donnelly Sculptor will be opening the doors to his amazing studio space @ the ArtBarn later this month for a very special Hawaiian themed night which will include Live music from a number of local bands/singer/songwriters, artwork on display in the gallery and BBQ +BYOB. Big shout out to Dawn Richardson @ Framewerk for the newest edition of This month's 'zine has been created in conjuction with Contemporary Sketchpad's latest exhibtion which opened successfully as part of last week and is open and available to view until this Thursday 9th June.

‘Container is a bi-monthly ‘zine created by FRAMEWERK Gallery with the Artists and Writers of Belfast.

A free, physical and handmade object featuring curated responses to a given word will be produced and distributed throughout Northern Ireland. The articles will contain a Limited Edition Artwork, created by a featured Artist as a reaction to the selected material.

With an onus on old process, the want is to create both an artefact and forum where the written and visual can co exist.

FRAMEWERK is at the top of what & arts has to offer the world. It's a progressive space & creative hub for ideas which represents huge change in the Northern Irish arts scene. This is just another example of how the gallery is pursuing new and exciting ways to view all forms of art in our community.
