We have submitted plans to turn the upper floors of 18-19 Donegall Square East into a luxury Townhouse Hotel. The design develops the interior themes used in the renovation of Margot and Rudi on the lower floors. We hope the renovation should be complete in time to celebrate the buildings 200 year anniversary.

Plans have been submitted for a new boutique hotel located in a well-known building in the centre of Belfast.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all of us at Dickson FitzGerald Architects. As in previous years we have forgone physical festive cards in lieu of a digital one and have donated the cost to Children in Crossfire. A few images of the recently completed Margot Bar and Restaurant on Donegall Square East in Belfast. Acting as design and Conservation Architects and working, as always, with O'Donnell O'Neill interior designers this Listed building refurbishment was completed in 6 months using a fixed price Design and Build Contract.

We submitted an application this morning for a new hotel above the exiting White's complex in High Street. 36 New individually themed bedrooms have been created within the existing vacant office space above the Bars. A new 'mansard style' roof onto the buildings in High Street allows for additional accommodation to the upper floors.

A planning application has been lodged for a new hotel development above one of Belfast’s oldest pubs.

We are delighted to have sponsored Whitestrand United FC this year and wish them all the luck in the play-off's. White Strand United is a rural football team based outside Rathmullan in Co Donegal. They have been going for 42 years and are a crucial part of the community providing sporting facilities for the local area as well as schools and colleges. There can be fewer more dramatic locations for a Soccer pitch!
