Delighted to finally obtain Planning Permission for this prestigious and important project for the regeneration of Newry City Centre!

Client sent us some drone photos of a restoration project were doing in Upper crescent in Belfast. Pair of regency style grade B listed buildings being converted from offices to serviced apartments. I'll try and get some internal shots soon, but safe to say these require a lot of work!

Because variety is the spice of life, today we're drawing giant tools on an elevation for a signage planning application for the got escape rooms/coffee shop in church lane. Hats off to for hand painting them in real life 👌🏻 but its a pig to draw on cad! 🙈

Saturday saw the official opening of the fantastic new sports and community facilities at Davitts Park Belfast for Micheal Davitts GAC. Great job by Tony Patterson Sportsgrounds , providing the club with their long awaited new home which includes- playing pitches, changing pavilion, hurling wall, playground and trim trail
