Through the summer I carried out internal decorating works to a repeat customers new home, this included prepping and painting stained wood doors, frames and skirting boards throughout the house and redecorating the following rooms:

3 bedrooms
Library room
Dining room
Kitchen
Lounge
Hall, stairs and landing
Downstairs toilet

I also prepared the library room for the installation of fitted shelving, fireplace and full height display cabinet by other tradesmen

This Blackthorn hedgerow had been expanding into the field along this section and I cut it back about 6ft exposing the original fence line of the field for a repeat customer on Canvey

I recently carried out internal and external painting to a neighbouring unit to another I previously painted as the customer had expanded, the window frames to both units were painted black to the customers specifications

As well as my regular garden maintenance jobs, I have also helped to tidy up a garden and create a new border after a lengthy driveway installation by a neighbour left roots from a removed hedge sticking up out of the edge of what was lawn and relaid purple slate under a shrub which was removed as part of doing the driveway works.

I installed a new fence between a partition fence and corner of the house to a property for a new customer in Southend which had open access to the rear garden, concrete posts were installed with 6ft close lap panels with a matching gate and a key lock installed for added security.

A completed job in South Benfleet to rebuild an existing set of front steps, the existing steps had all different step heights and a corner missing from the bottom step as well as a handrail that was too far from the front door to be safe to use. The steps were re-configured to extend them out over the driveway to give equal standard heights and depths and laid to correct falls with new pavers and finished off with 2 new handrails fixed to the steps within reach of the front door, the driveway was then jet washed to finish.

A recent job for a gardening client to repair the existing patio, the natural stone paving wasn’t bonded and it had subsidence on one corner due to a lack of proper foundation, the pattern also had crossed joints, the crumbly base was stabilised, a new corner was constructed with a proper foundation and then re-laid using the existing stone to a better pattern with falls away from the house, the stone was the cleaned and jointed with a natural coloured resin jointing system.

Another recent job in Great Berry, to replace the original 30y old timber post fence with a new concrete post and gravel board with 6ft close lap panels to a finished height of 7ft to match the original.
