This week’s project involves extensive preparation work following jet washing, which removed a significant amount of loose and flaking paint. As a result, there is a large amount of filling required before decoration can begin.
The render has a heavy textured finish, so extra care is being taken to blend the filler seamlessly to maintain a consistent appearance throughout the surface.

This week we started work on the exterior of this property. We began by jet washing the surfaces, scraping away all loose and flaking paint, and carrying out filling and blending work to create a smooth finish. As you can see, there’s been a lot of preparation involved to ensure the best possible result.
