Fitted a new tank last week.... found out half the System didn't ever work properly when fitted!!! 🤦🏻‍♂️
Spent 6 hours on 2 room stats, 4 zone valves, 2 tank thermostats and a new clock. Nothing was labelled, so I started afresh and got stuck in. thank god it all works now as it should😎👍

Had a good day, 4 windows, no rain and sun was out....

Last bathroom fitter used MDF for floor!!!! Bad idea!!!!
toilet had two leaks and supposedly fixed twice...
so now after year or two of that, it's new floor and hard work.

New fascia boards, new gates, broken tiles and lead work done, and new path.
