Packing a punch 👊🏻💥

A house with sea views needs to be a show stopper, and this property is certainly that!

A huge renovation project consisting of a full house refurb with internal and external alterations; bringing the property into the 21st century with large areas of glass which not only look amazing but flood the home with light and show off the unbeatable coastal views 🌊

The client had a clear vision and we were more than happy to work with them to get this absolutely stunning result 😍

We said goodbye to the dated conservatory and hello to a purpose built, modern and bright single storey rear extension to elevate the property and maximise it’s potential 👏🏻 Client requested a high end finish which included black aluminium windows and doors, which really sets it apart from the crowd 🤩

Hi everyone!

Can you believe we have had this page for almost a year now?! How time flies when you’re... Stuck at home! 🤔

With being at home so much more, we have had lots of exciting projects come in to us at HOUSE, with clients wanting to extend, reshuffle their home layouts or build entirely new properties altogether! The range of projects we have had this year has been amazing and we thank you all for your continued support throughout some really tough times 🤝

April 2021 marks our 2 year anniversary of being in our office in Little Common, and we have loved having the space to host client meetings, chat to new local Trades to add them to our list of trusted suppliers, and see the hustle and bustle of our busy village each day! You can find us at 21 Cooden Sea Road, next door to Little India.

So a great big thank you to all our clients, previous, current and future. We love what we do, and love providing you with the best service too 🖥

Another new development completed on a challenging yet rewarding site in the heart of Bexhill town.
The site was unconventional in it’s size and shape and posted a series of problems that needed to be solved, such as it’s restrictive access.
With that being said, we think they’ve turned out brilliantly; so much so that they were completed in 2019 and both sold within a month! Happy client, happy new home owners!

In August 2018 HOUSE took on this full renovation project of this grand property, in the sought after area of Hartfield Road in Cooden, Bexhill.

We feel very lucky to have been invited to be involved; we really appreciate being trusted with jobs like this and love being able to help get the property looking ‘next level’.

This house is nearing completion now, and we have loved working on it! It’s crazy to think back to where it all began and to see how different we have made the property look!

⚡️Coming soon ⚡️

We were approached by one of our top returning customers to supply drawings for an exciting new residential development for 8 luxury detached properties in St.Leonards.

The brief included a want for 8 unique, luxury homes and between us we came up with these beauties. From our drawings, the client was able to get 3D visuals created to give us even more of an idea of what they’d look like.

We are really pleased with the outcome and can’t wait to see the end result! What do you think?

Our clients asked us for a full renovation of their home - With their main goal to upgrade from a small two-bed semi, to a spacious three bed home; and a double garage!

When clients put their full trust in us to deliver something different and exciting, we don’t do things by halves!

They came to us with the vision of a light and airy side extension, and after some persuasion to move out of their comfort zone, they were pleased to have this modern new addition to their home! ✨

Completed in December 2018, and after tonnes of hard work and dedication from , our clients were able to enjoy this beautiful space in time for Christmas🎄

A gorgeous English Western Red Cedar finish with blue brick plinth and matching anthracite aluminium windows, soffits and fascia; with the added touch of a natural slate roof.

We were so pleased with the outcome of this project - What do you guys think? 🏡
