Our recent customer, wanted to modernise the fireplace. So we removed the fireplace and hearth.
•Installed a 2x1 timber surround with a 10mm lip above the floor
•Installed a concrete floor and floor leveler within the surround.
• built a stud wall/ceiling
•plasterboarded and skimmed.

We had a customer call us to say they had bitten off more than they could chew, stripping paint from a front door and could we help and re paint it.
Which we did 👍🏼
Sorry I cant find the before picture, but to put in to context the work involved, it took a day to get the door back to its original bare timber.
Paints used
•1 coat of Aluminium wood primer,
•2 coats of Dulux grey undercoat
•2 coats of Dulux black high gloss.
Wet & dry sanded between coats

Back in June we started a major works job in Warrior Square for Findleys of Cooden
Phase 1 commenced with the removal of horrible woodchip paper from walls and ceilings within the communal staircase. Hanging 1400 grade to help even out the walls to give an even finish.

Still making the most out of the sunshine, we've been graced with. We started up the masonry of the lovely cottage in Crowhurst.
All the green algae were fungicidal washed and scrubbed, left for a couple of hours, to break down the stubborn moss areas. Soft washed off. Then applied 2 coats of Dulux Trade Weathershield.

We've been so busy, we haven't had time post our projects.
But here is few of the jobs we've been carrying out,
New cladding to an external of a top floor flat.
Roof maintenance using Proteus and fitting a new light dome.
Installing approx 50mtrs of soffits to a block of flats.
Replacing rotten wooden decking steps to brick/slabs.
