Bespoke garden office/sound studio.
What makes it sound proof?
The build has a wall in the middle, from the back to the front. The room is the filled with soundproof rockwool, resilient bars used on stud. Cladded with soundproof plasterboard, a layer of MLV mass loaded vinyl. More plasterboard and the skimmed. Acoustic glass used for all windows
From inside to outside the sound reduction is phenomenal. I 've put my Makita radio on full blast, out side you have to really listen to hear it faintly.
