Sometimes Phonto don't quite do it justice. Sadly the before pictures were lost off a fault memory card, however the transformation from tired apt 90s styled flat former Nightclub, to up to date beautifully styled 6 Bed Holiday Apartment. Another project with tons of thought into layout and finish, new main Shower room(former utilities room) A brand new ensuite, former Cupboard and home for boiler, plus we stole a bit of bedroom, new kitchen, radiatiors and re-sighting of Boiler to allow space for the new ensuite. Sprinkler system, Wall Hung Toilets, and a macerator due to sewage being on the wrong side of the building.
A long project a labour of love but worth the wait.

Your 1s n 2s are neatly compacted into a paper pocket and incinerated, perfect for, property's without sewage access, cottages, vehicles, this was installed into a log cabin holiday lets locally. A sustainable and waterless solution, perfect where connections to sewage may be a issue.

Horizontal hot water cylinders are a bit like buses, you don't fit any then two at once. Installed today at our customers property in Bideford, split the old farmhouse into three separate cottages ready for holiday let's, all set up ready for biomass in the future. Now just the bathrooms, kitchens ensuites and plenty more works to do, busy is a understament.
