Decided to get out in my OWN garden this Mother’s Day and coppice a neglected hazel tree, only to discover that the big hazel boughs that i had been keeping for an upcoming project have been burnt by my husband 😩

Looking wonderful now, and well into the rest of the season is this Erysimum. I think this variety might be Winter Berry. Flowers prolificly for most of the year which I think makes up for the fact that it’s a relatively short lived perennial
