Five Bells Estate, Rochester Client: L & Q Housing Scope: Replacement windows, doors, roofline and cladding We successfully delivered uPVC replacements to this unique estate in Rochester, Kent. Existing window and door styles had to match, as well as the eye catching colour! The old wooden roofline was replaced with uPVC fascia, soffit sprayed to match the window with contrasting black guttering....

We delivered replacement windows and doors to closely match the existing styles, including matching the unique colour.

We are looking for fitters that have experience, in return we are offering good rates of pay, on a self employed basis.

Requirements:

Commercial and domestic installation experience
CSCS card
Public liability insurance
MTC card
Knowledge of building regulations

We replaced two timber sash windows last week with these pre-finished heritage sash windows, with matching hardware and glazing bars to replicate the existing windows.
