Hi. I was asked to carry out remedial work following the previous contractors who worked on this bathroom. The floor was re-tiled, additional tiles were installed above the vanity unit, and a stylish tiled skirting detail was created to replace the unsightly, tall baseboards. Additionally, the shower enclosure was resealed, as it had previously been leaking.

Hi. Today I want to share a story with you. A client called me because for some time now, in the dining room of the annex to the house they'd just moved into, they'd been hearing water leaking, like from a shower head. They called in a specialist to diagnose the problem, but they were told it was just a guess and that there wasn't a problem. This bothered them, so they called me in this time. After some initial listening and inspection, I confirmed the leak under the floor. After initial findings, I began demolition work to find the leak. What I found under the laminate flooring really surprised us, but you'll see it in the photos. I found a leaking lead pipe, which had only been sealed at the end and covered with some mastic, and it burst. The water had been leaking under the floor for months. Finally, the entire dining room received new flooring, including LVT in a white marble color. I invite you to view the series of photos from start to finish.

The last project of the year was completed. Clifton Trade Bathrooms Birkenhead provided the materials. It was a busy year. I managed to complete several interesting projects.
