Hope everyone is staying safe and well.
We appreciate everyone has much bigger things to consider at the moment but a little something positive to give a momentary distraction.....
We have just managed to negotiate the same venue (Crown Plaza Solihull) for 16th,17th & 18th April 2021. (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
Importantly for you as members, we have gained agreement for the "non-refundable" deposit we had already paid, to be carried over and avoid any other booking costs. Therefore, the forced cancellation has resulted in very little waste of members money and the Region has not been hurt too badly at all. We have returned / refunded all members and sponsors who kindly supported us for the unfortunate cancelled event this year and save for some admin/web site promotional costs, all other spend has been saved or can be carried over to our next event.....Phew!
Get the dates put in your diary early and of course we will announce things nearer the time, providing you with details of what we can put on over the weekend event.
For now, please stay safe, stay home as much as possible and look forward to seeing you all once this dreadful virus is finally diminishing.
