Well its safe to say me and the lads are happy this is done 😅😴 we’ve removed and changed 40 skylights with hardly any flat area to go at! Like ive said before though there isn’t a job too big or too small for us to tackle so please give us a message if you need anything looking at! This roof was an overlay for Garland with 90mm flat board insulation, tapered gutters with 3 layers of felt.

One more reeled off just in time for the next big one starting this week. This one was a garland scheme with flat boards on the slopes and cut to fall on the rest of the area,as prior to us starting it was ponding water all over like a swimming pool! Now as you can see all these issues are no more happy customer and school now on to the next one!

Sorry we havent posted in a while guys its been a manic few months but were reeling off the jobs now! This one was for local school in Cannock for Garland, it had 100mm insulation all over with 3 layers of felt and all new skylights the finish is a dream now! 800 metres completed in 4 weeks now on to the next one, another local school has just been started so keep your eyes peeled for that one 👀. Huge project all completed within 7 weeks big push from our guys to get this 1000m completed in such a short space of time! Garlands best range felt system with a 120mm insulation and cut to fall outlets to keep the water away from this roof for years to come, 27 brand new skylights and new pipe fittings installed for our NHS customer who is very happy to say the least!! This obviously means we have a lot more time in our diary now so please feel free to message us for any of your needs, we now offer drone surveys for anyone with bigger buildings or high risk roofs that require scaffold to carry surveys out. The Drone footage will be posted of this roof on a following post if you would like to see it in action!

Couple of smaller jobs being knocked out recently big transformations is the main thing for us guys though! First one is a 2 layer overlay using Garlands 30 year guaranteed felt, the second one is a full 3 layer bauder system with insulation and brand new skylights which now is guaranteed for 30 more years. Little Sunday quick turnaround for a customer that had a leak running down the wall, just a 2 layer over lay to keep the cost down but will still stop leaks for years and years to come! Finished off with a black GRP trim and black termination bar for a clean look.

First one of 2024 all wrapped up! Major transformation this one started as an upside roof turned into a lovely 3 layer Bauder system, 120mm insulation with a lovely brown mineral finish. Client very happy with this one, skylights have all be changed with one being totally removed and reboarded. On to the next one! Big project completed full strip off with over 25 skylights dropped, joisted and plyed. Full 3 layer bauder system with a tapered insulation scheme to keep the roof free from ponding water for a GUARANTEED 25 years plus! This obviously means now there is space in our schedule so please feel free to give us a message no job is too big or small and all enquires are welcome!
