Today we had a special call - a magpie stuck inside a fireplace chimney. 🐦 Konrad gently rescued the bird, released it safely into the garden and fitted a bird‑proof net to stop this happening again. It was an emotional little rescue - we love helping wildlife as much as keeping homes safe.

After the rescue he ran full chimney and boiler safety checks and can provide CP12 certification if needed. If you spot nesting birds or any debris in your chimney, please get it checked - small actions can save lives and protect your heating.
