Duties will include:
• Answer calls - efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner
• To be able to prioritize and organize own workload effectively

• Checking our database and calling customers in relation to the booking of annual boiler services
• Photocopying and check scanning.
• Ensure telephones are answered professionally and in accordance with the company policy
• Acting in a calm and professional manner when responding to emergencies
• Monitor and input relevant entries within our company computer services.
Desired skills:
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Telephone and call handling
• An aptitude for numbers/figures
• Financial procedures including bookkeeping
• Attention to detail.

We are looking for 3x Gas Engineers to join our company.

We are currently looking for an experienced, highly skilled and professional installation engineer to assist in Birmingham and surrounding areas on a day rate.

Appointments will include central heating/boiler installations.

A typical day would involve attending pre-booked appointments.

Our working week is Monday to Friday.

Installers are required to take pride in their work and treat each installation with a diligent attitude.

Excellent customer service is essential.

This is a full-time position paid at a daily rate.

The ideal candidate will have :
-Relevant qualifications.
-Full driving license,
-Gas safe registration will be provided
-Relevant insurances.
-Company Benefits:
-Company vehicle

-Paid holidays plus bank holidays
