We are excited to be the delivery architect for this new skyscraper, a real landmark building for Birmingham and the Midlands.

One Eastside is a Build to Rent scheme and comprises two buildings – 16 and 51 storeys. Standing at 154 metres tall the larger tower will be the tallest BTR scheme outside of London.

Appointed as lead consultant and working with Dominic Cole Landscape Architects and specialist theming designers RMA themed attractions, we are very proud to have had the opportunity to work on this project for Twycross Zoo from inception through to completion.
