In line with the government guidelines that were announced yesterday, from tomorrow (Tuesday 30th November 2021), we are asking all customers visiting our main workshop to wear a face mask or covering whilst waiting for work to be completed. This is due to the size of our waiting area and proximity to other customers.

One of our many jobs today was total key loss on a W451 2008 Smart ForTwo.

We attended the vehicle, picked and decoded the lock and programmed 2 x new keys and the customer was back on the road within 30 minutes!

Just an update to let all customers know that we will be closed tomorrow (Monday 30th August) due to the bank holiday.

We'll then reopen as normal on the Tuesday at 8:30am.

Due to the amount of jobs we complete, we aren’t always able to post photos of completed jobs due to time constraints.

Today we had a customer who had lost the keys to an immaculate Saab 93. As this is a specialist job which requires specialist knowledge and equipment to complete, they contacted us to help.

We supplied & programmed 1 x new OEM remote key complete with emergency blade incase the vehicle battery goes flat.

Due to staff timetabling, we may be experiencing longer wait times for our workshop and roadside services today.

Our engineers are working as fast as we possibly can to help customers, but longer wait times can be expected because of this.

If you already have a booking, please attend at the time allocated.

Alternatively, if your visit isn’t too urgent, it may be advisable to visit us next week, where we’ll have more staff available to help.

💥 Important Update 💥

Due to existing customer bookings, we are advising walk-in customers to visit us after 11am tomorrow (Friday 23rd July) to avoid longer wait times.

We are working as fast as we can to help all customers, but due to staff timetabling we are experiencing longer wait times at present.

One of the many jobs our engineers attended today was a customer who had lost the keys to their 2011 Mitsubishi Fuso Canter in Tamworth.

This is a specialist job which involves removing the immobiliser unit and programming new keys on the bench.

We made the 2 keys for the vehicle so the customer now has a spare also.

All done for under half the price of a new immobiliser unit at Mitsubishi.
