🌱 A few photos from some of the lawns we visited last week. 🌱
After an exceptionally dry spring and several spells of warm weather, many lawns are starting to show signs of stress. We’ve already experienced some high temperatures this season, and with the possibility of more hot spells ahead, now is the time to help your lawn cope with the conditions.
One of the best things you can do is keep your lawn well hydrated and raise your mowing height slightly. Cutting a little higher helps the grass retain moisture, provides shade for the soil, and encourages deeper root growth, all of which improve drought tolerance during dry periods.
As part of our lawn care programme, we’ve also been applying our wetting agent treatment. Wetting agents help water pe*****te the soil more effectively, reducing runoff and helping moisture reach the root zone where it’s needed most. This can make a real difference during prolonged dry spells, ensuring the lawn gets the maximum benefit from both rainfall and irrigation.
The lawns pictured here are looking great, but staying ahead of the weather will be key to keeping them healthy and green throughout the summer.
