🏡 Planning & Building Regs Approved! 🎉

We’re so pleased to have secured planning and building regulations approval for a lovely young family who recently bought their new home — but soon realised it didn’t quite meet their growing family’s needs. With small children and a busy lifestyle, they dreamed of a home that offered both space and practicality.

Our design introduces a rear extension to create a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for family time and entertaining, alongside a separate utility room to keep daily life running smoothly. We also reimagined the ground floor layout to include a larger lounge for relaxing and added an extra bedroom upstairs to future-proof the home as the family grows. To make the most of the property, we’ve also included a dormer loft conversion under permitted development, providing even more versatile living space without the need for additional planning consent.

This project is all about turning a good house into a true family home — functional, comfortable, and full of light. We can’t wait to see it come to life! ✨

Thrilled to share that we’ve gained planning approval for this beautiful home in Sutton Coldfield, located close to a conservation area. Our clients — a lovely, mature professional couple with grown-up children — wanted to create extra living space for entertaining while maintaining plenty of garden space for their dogs to run around and enjoy 🐾🌿

The design enhances the home’s flow and natural light, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. We’ve carefully balanced modern comfort with respect for the property’s character and setting, ensuring the new space complements both the home and its surroundings.

Work is in full swing for our client in Broadway, a beautiful part of Walsall, who wanted to completely transform and maximise the potential of his property. 🏡✨ The design features a stunning two-storey rear extension and a dormer loft conversion, creating generous, light-filled spaces and an impressive open-plan kitchen and dining area — perfect for modern family living and entertaining. 🏡✨ Accessible Design Journey: Planning & Building Regs Approved!

We’re thrilled to share that planning permission and building regulation approval have officially been granted for this rear extension project — designed with accessibility, comfort, and independence at its heart. 💙

Our client, a wheelchair user, wanted to transform their ex-council home into a more open, functional, and future-proof space. The goal?
➡️ Create an open-plan layout to improve wheelchair movement and day-to-day accessibility.
➡️ Extend the rear of the property for a larger kitchen-dining-living area, allowing smooth flow throughout.
➡️ Incorporate wide doorways, level flooring, and easy access to the garden — making every part of the home welcoming and usable.

From the first sketch to the final approval, our team worked closely with the client, Occupational Therapists, and local authorities to ensure the design meets all building regulations and accessibility standards, while still feeling homely, bright, and modern.

We’re delighted to share that planning has been approved for a lovely couple with a young family who are expecting another child! Their current home just didn’t have enough space or bedrooms to meet their growing needs, so we designed a thoughtful scheme that includes a garage conversion, a rear extension, and a dormer loft conversion. The design transforms their existing house into a spacious, functional, and family-friendly home, giving them the extra room and comfort they’ve been dreaming of. We’re so pleased to have achieved this milestone and can’t wait to see the next stage come to life!

We’re excited to share that we’re currently working on a planning application for an extensive multi-level renovation in Aldridge. The project aims to:
Introduce a new underground car park
Extend the kitchen to create a bright, open-plan hub
Add a new staircase and entrance with a porch
Upgrade the existing aesthetic, giving the home a fresh, modern look
It’s an exciting stage where ideas are taking shape on paper, setting the groundwork for a functional and visually striking transformation. Can’t wait to move this one forward! ✨
