We are absolutely delighted to announce that our Knowle village redevelopment scheme has been granted planning permission.
The project known as Knowle Place will transform St John’s Way Shopping Centre in Solihull into 17 retail units totalling 32,000 sqft and 28 one and two bedroom apartments.
We have enjoyed working with Mercia Real Estate over the last few years on this challenging scheme and we are delighted for the local community who will benefit hugely from this exciting new development.

Plans for the refurbishment of a Solihull shopping centre to provide fresh retail and residential space have been green lit.

Great to see the fantastic progress on our project in Walsall.
The steel frame has been completed with the contactor moving on to the roof and wall cladding stages next.

Another huge planning success for BHP!

Warehouse REIT has secured a resolution to grant outline planning permission from Cheshire East Council for a further 1,020,000 sq ft of warehousing at its flagship logistics park development at Radway Green in Cheshire.

Work has started on another one of our projects with St Francis Group.

Parallel 113 is a speculative 113,000 sqft unit in Walsall, close to Junction 10 of the M6.

It will be ready for occupation from January 2023.

Role
Oversee & lead projects within the industrial sector
Supervise (& coach) staff
Project runner & co ordinate designs on multiple projects
Manage client relationships
Work on projects across all 7 RIBA stages
Work with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, BIM process
Chair project team meetings

Experience
You will have considerable experience of mainly industrial projects,
both traditional & Design & Build procurement, running them through all RIBA stages
Be confident in producing working drawings, construction packages,
& architectural details for mainly industrial projects
Understand planning process
Be skilled in AutoCAD
Have a working knowledge of Revit
Have excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team or on your own initiative
High technical standard
Ability to work well under time/budget constraints

Competitive salary commensurate with seniority
