🏠 What is an Assisted Sale?

This is one of the most exciting projects we've taken on so far.

Many people assume we simply buy properties, renovate them and sell them on. But an assisted sale works differently.

In this project, we've agreed a price with the homeowner, we're managing the full renovation, and once the property is sold, the homeowner receives their agreed amount. Any additional profit created through the renovation and value uplift is then shared as agreed.

It's a strategy that can help homeowners unlock the full potential of a property without having to take on the stress of managing a major renovation themselves.

Another great night at 🔥

This time the guest speaker was Adam Lawrence and wow, what a guy. Securing over 850 properties is just unreal 🤯

A real strategist when it comes to property, numbers, and the market. Self-confessed property nerd, but clearly it’s worked for him because he’s absolutely smashed it. The depth he went into on the current market, deal analysis, and opportunities was next level.
Very inspiring to hear from someone operating at that level and still keeping it real.

Another great day in the classroom with the Inner Circle, diving deep into all things planning with the incredibly knowledgeable Ian Warmsley, the planning geek himself.

Today was packed with valuable insights around planning, things to watch out for on the property journey, and strategies that could save serious time and money on future projects.

But days like this are about more than just knowledge.
They’re about being in a room full of great people, sharing progress, discussing opportunities, helping others move forward, and learning from those further along the path.

That’s where the real growth happens.
