Another amazing outdoor office building completed this week ...

This is a 6.3 mtr x 3 5 mtr build completed on outside with a lovely slate grey composite cladding..

All internal finished to a basic spec plastered, skirting, electrics and vinyl flooring..

On the left side we made a composite door leading to a shed finished inside with ply..

Finished off with a lovely historic slab patio and steps and jointing compound to finish joints..

What a lovely project to be apart and a wonderful couple who always kept us topped up with drinks..

Another outdoor building completed and what a difference it has made...

This is part 2 of the garden scape we completed after the decking, sleeper boarders and patio and now the garden room..

Another outdoor office building completed this week...

What a transformation to this garden....

6.1 mtr x 3.5 mtr total ...

This is our basic spec of buildings inside as we finish just plastered and skirting complete and customer paints and lays flooring...

This is all fully framed and insulated throughout 2 options for this either celetex or loft insulation...

All electrics included spotlights , heater and sockets with mains cable and fuse board.

Roof is completed with a epdm rubber sheeting, all edging trims and gutter drips on rear..

Guttering all complete and goes into a water butt again 2 options for drainage...

Outside we used log lap paneling but this can be done in composite or cedar wood....

Doors and windows are all triple warmth double glazing pvc and locks are anti snap locks that come with lifetime guarantee..

Wonderful project to be apart of and becoming very popular now..

Another recent decking project we completed...

Ripped out 3 all tired deckings..and installed 2 x new deckings as same size with added spots and steps..

Then relocated existing slabs to different area and installed a extended decking area with side paneling and raised decking planter....

Ripped up old slabs and path way installed a new 600x600 riven path and shed base at rear of garden...

Removed grass and installed a new patio area using grey slate historics finished with a sleeper edging and all joints sealed with jointing compound
