🌲🌳Another garden stripped back ready to start again. The previous owner had neglected the garden and a fresh start was the best option. The Sorbus close to the property was ready to rip itself apart at the base due to lots of included bark growth forcing the stems apart and the larger cherry has just out grown it's location. Now just the stumps are left to deal with.

🎇🎉HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!🎉🎇

Last tree of the year for us, just!

This eucalyptus had lost alot of its supporting root system on one side due to emergency waterworks and was left in an unstable, dangerous condition. I wish I got a video of how much the lower stem and ground was moving in the wind. Luckily we had one last day to get this down and safe for the residents.

Domestic vegetation clearance. One of our letting agent clients was gaining a massive headache with a rear garden that had been left for years and to make it worse the previous tenets used the area as a tip. There was more shoes than a Clarks shop. Sadly the surrounding council owned land is riddled with Japanese Knotweed and it's made its way into the garden itself, which they have been informed about and it's now been left in their hands to sort out.

Some before and afters from this week.
We carried out some rather heavy reductions on a group of birch trees that had previously been "topped" to an inch of their lives. We took the height down to reduce the wind sail, to lower the risk of any chance of failure in strong winds. On inspection while carrying the work out we noticed alot of pockets of deep rot left due to incorrect pruning techniques.

Nesting season is ending soon, so we will be able to carry out alot more work, sooner. From reductions to full removals,...
