Job completed last week but no finished photos to my phone dying! Using Wykamol tanking slurry for ground floor levels, drill and injected with ultracure and membrane system with rubber plugs!

Job finished today for my dad. Started last week, obviously he had a bit of cabin fever and wanted a change of scenery! I didn’t let him take the floor wall off, he’s still got more graft in him than the youngens of today with one leg!

Job carried out in chilton using Wykamol ultracure, tanking slurry and membrane! Having no windows or doors helped skim it in record time 🕰️

Little job completed today. Took current airbrick out to improve airflow to the cupboard, but this was a pipe that went through under the concrete floor to ventilate the kitchen subfloor. So had knock another airbrick out further up to get airflow to the kitchen cupboard.

Job carried out at a HMO, the contractors had literally just finished the project and needed to be resolved ASAP. Two day turn around even treated myself to a Taylor’s dinner 🐷 🥧
