Finally coming to end a big job, I've been managing/working on, full refurbishment of a 3 bed house upstairs only, downstairs will be done later in the future.
Starting with ripping out all the stud walls and keeping the load bearing ones, removing all timber deco picture & dado rails, all Skirting removed door casings, coving and ceiling roses
- All new stud walls and all rooms have new suspended ceiling
- Full house re-wire including new sockets
- new plumbing with new Radiators
- Most walls back to brick
- Plasterboard and skimmed 3 rooms and a large hallway
- All new Woodwork, door frames, Skirting & architraves and new doors
- New Windows and window reveals
- New Banister and newl posts
- Strip work panels for bedroom feature
- Stairs stripped and oiled
And tons of other extras.
I've done previous work at this house before and I know it was going to be task and a half to get all this done, the previous owner of the home was a DIYer and did everything himself and this was before build regulations was a thing 😬 so let's just say there was a lot of work to be done and I'm not actually sure how that building was still standing to be honest.
Still needs paint finishing which the customers doing and a bit of a snagging list, not got pictures of all the rooms yet some are still really messy and all the rest of the carpets are going in next week.
Also I didn't pick the colour seem 😅
