🚨 CUSTOMER WANTED 4 NEW RADIATORS... WE SAID NOT YET. 🚨

This customer initially contacted us to replace 4 radiators.

However, after carrying out our inspection, it was clear the real issue wasn't the radiators themselves.
Years of magnetite sludge, corrosion, leaking valves and poor water quality had contaminated the heating system.

Another engineer had recommended fitting the new radiators first and then powerflushing afterwards.

For us, that simply didn't make sense.
Why install brand-new radiators only to fill them with the same contamination that's already causing problems throughout the system?
After discussing the options with the customer and carrying out thermal imaging, we recommended a safer approach.

From cooker install… to unexpected payday 💸😂

Completed this cooker installation today, proper upgrade and a great centrepiece for the kitchen
👌🔥

Everything fitted clean, tested, and running exactly how it should.

Then while removing the extractor… we found £50 + £20 hidden inside 😳💸 Of course we handed the money over to the client.

Safe to say that doesn’t happen every day 😂

Imagine installing a brand new boiler…
only to inherit 16 years of sludge hiding inside the system 🤢

Cold radiators, magnetite sludge, and years of neglect slowly killing the heating system.
