LVT flooring in a range of colors- we’ve used this product on several jobs and purposes - and it delivers every time 💥👌

It’s a great product which suits budgets large and small and will last a long time - our residential clients, landlords and investors are picking it over other products.

It’s more waterproof and expensive looking than wood laminate flooring, tougher than Lino, and will last twice as long as carpets.

We don’t always show what we do here- on this one our client waited patiently for our services, a tired block of flats with 3 flats with a legacy lack of uplift and keeping the flats up to standards - he chose the right opportunity to uplift two flats whilst they were empty to increase their value and attract higher yields and tenants. Here we split the uplift costs to give one flat a new bathroom and the second a new kitchen - with both receiving new electrical heaters, and fire regulation upgrades and fresh decor and carpets. This gives the client an opportunity to increase their let ability of the properties and also their capital value - there’s never a better time to uplift a unit when it’s empty- get in touch to see how we can offer a range of uplifts to increase property value and rental yields 💥🙌

Here’s another update of one we’ve done for our clients. A light refresh and damp treatment ready for new tenants
✅ remedial roof works and capping off chimney pots, and lead flashing - to stop damp (we even did the neighbors as the owner would stump the cost - this protects our clients property and was the right call)
✅ salt stabilizing solution applied to previous damp areas and corrective paint applied
✅ waste removed and gardens de weeded
✅ new fresh paint work throughout property
✅ landlords clean ready for letting
✅ remedial electrical works for a tripping circuit

Our client reached out and we managed to squeeze them in so they can get this tired property back out on the market- we even advised the clients to charge a higher rent as we know our markets and property.

Sometimes a light refresh can command a higher yield and make your investment stand out from the rest - this one’s gonna go quickly 🙌

Here’s another example of what we do - client had an old decking and garden structure that they wanted to upgrade. We managed to save them money and improve its look and functionality 💥🙌
✅ made use of existing frame
✅ extended decking area with new deluxe decking boards
✅ dismantled and removed old structure
✅ installed the clients new structure- which is a stunning dome
✅ we even got the leaf blower on the go and recreated the cash grab from crystal maze show 💵😂

Once again another happy client and a new one for us - but the outcome was great - I’m sure you’ll agree this one is unique and striking and a welcome addition to the family’s needs - giving them a great all year round addition to their garden

And so the cycle continues… today we start a series of uplifts on several tired , rough and rugged flats on central drive. Our clients both bought dated and tired rented units from landlords selling up - and so when vacant they are looking to uplift and add value 📈 - allowing their portfolio to grow and increase their value💵.

Custom media wall installed and ready for the electricians - show us your vision/ idea and we will make it happen 💥🙌

Luckily our client knows what we can offer and has been patient and waited. Today we finished our fitting ready for its next phase.

It’s always a great idea with media walls to think about storage, lighting, layout and subtle finishes- we always encourage our clients to consider combining ready made cabinets from ikea and combining them with good quality materials, and let us customize them to the space - I’m sure you’ll agree the combination works.

✅ off the shelf storage cabinets - ikea
✅ routed led profiles and wiring for shelves
✅ solid wood work top used for shelves and top (saving 💵 - we cut in half)
✅ use of same material/ doors as kitchen to tie areas together- Matt blue 👌- DIY kitchens
✅ use of Mdf to combine / customize the surrounding space

This means you get the following from your media wall
💥 cost saving
💥 quality finish combining different materials which you want and enhance the room
💥 upgrade / enhance opportunities- you may get bored of the doors - so you can visit the store and swap out for another colour when the Mrs gets bored 🤫
