Note to customers in will be getting people to be signing a disclaimer on garage and house clearances now and listing every item that will be removed on that job as I've had a few people saying things have been taken that shouldn't have its protects me and the customer's as a lot of the stuff is dumped but I do refurbish some items and sell some of them items as I am a business man at the end of the day I have allso coverd this now with my insurance so customers please take note and be very sure on what you want taking and what you want leaving thanks in advance Liam
