From my first installations back in the 80s, I’ve proudly served Blackpool and the surrounding areas with high-quality shop front roller shutters and industrial door solutions, and still going strong.

Lock-up security roller shutters, before and afters.

Hold it until break time.

School application requiring the closure of four toilets rooms at certain times of the day. We manufated and fitted these powder coated, electric roller shutters within the toilet blocks, that required "through the wall" crank handles for manual operation in the event of a power failure.

Worth a mention. The installation of some of our structural supports was onto plasterboard. We ensured a secure fixing by way of powder coated flatbars on the other side of the wall, fixing all the way through with colour coordinated dome headed bolts.

Also worth a mention. Due to the frequency of daily operations, the annual safety inspection and servicing interval have been increased from once a year to 6 monthly intervals.

Here's an interesting one.

Client asked - can we offer a full width NON-electric roller shutter for the full side of a shipping container?

Challenge accepted. We manufactured and installed this reduction geared chain haul shutter with extra channel locks. When sited in the forest application, this container will have a concreted base with a channel for the bottom rail to lock down into.

Worth a mention, since photos where taken the we have coated the self colour chain wheel on a tough nylon and the side channel fixings have had anti tamper fixing caps fitted.

We removed the tired old shutter and replaced it with this electrically operated steel shutter. The clients wanted maximum viability when closed so we came up with this in-line punched curtain design with minimum spacing.
