You will need

* This is a new school levers position 16 to 17 year old.
*4 GCSE pass grades (or equivalent), including maths & English or the ability to reach this level during the apprenticeship programme
* Have a keen interest in the plumbing industry
* Have a professional and courteous manner at all times
* Good communication skills
* Able to continue to learn and take on new tasks as and when presented
* Able to adapt to different working conditions and flexible on working out of hours. The cold honest truth is this sector in winter is not for the faint hearted.
* Able to go 4 hours without looking at his phone.
* Able to get to our office in Blackpool 7:30/8am every morning.

We specialise in Plumbing, Heating, Gas, Oil, and Air Source systems, and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work across domestic properties. This role will primarily focus on domestic plumbing and gas, but there’s room to grow into areas like LPG, oil, air source heat pumps, air conditioning, and commercial gas — if that interests you down the line.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Plumbing maintenance & repairs
Boiler servicing, breakdowns, and installations
Unvented hot water cylinder work
Delivering work to a high standard, with attention to detail
Keeping sites clean and tidy
Working independently with good communication and a strong work ethic
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Essential:
Level 2 Plumbing qualification
Level 2 & 3 Plumbing and Gas qualifications
Domestic Gas ACS certificates
A clean, professional approach to work
✨ Desirable:
Unvented hot water storage qualification
Experience with oil, LPG, or air source systems (not essential — we’ll support your development if you're interested)
