Another switch up making the un-usable into a perfect, seamless and flowing room!!

All old mahogany Upvc stripped away along with a leaking and in general awful polycarbonate roof and replaced with new anthracite grey Upvc, new roof built incorporating a lovely roof lantern to create wonderful natural light coming in from above and finished in a GRP fibreglass coating!!

This really creates the best room in any house for me, perfect for entertaining or Summer nights with the doors open and vino in hand but also now a warm useable and cosy room in the Summer months too.

Someone say Roof Lantern…or to be fair could be mistaken for the atrium at The Louvre museum in Paris!!!

I love these jobs like this, such a change to a non used garage creating what will be a wonderful family kitchen.

Big project this which included stripping the old garage roof and doors, new brickwork built to match existing house so it all blended and flowed seamlessly, box sash window fitted to match previous we had done earlier on the rest of the house, new roof fitted on to parapet roof which incorporated the 5m x 2m roof lantern, fibre glass roof and bifolds fitted that lead out to garden….a truly fantastic space for family and entertaining.

If your looking at roof lanterns I always say go as big as you possibly can as when they get built and plastered in they always become smaller.

Absolutely loved doing this job and a big thank you to Andy and Sam for taking us on to carry out the works.

Soooooo….the customer thought it would be impossible to deliver anything from this wrecked shell for the budget available….but that’s where a little thought and passion for delivering something great came in!!!

Tear it down and start again was the order of the day, full new frame built incorporating not one but two sets of bifolds to create a full corner opening, new roof added in EPDM and there you go Viola!!!

This room now finished is an amazing space to sit with a coffee and log burner in the cold months and when the bar is added a wonderful space to enjoy entertaining friends!!

Oooosh from nothing to something!!!

A fantastic project carried out for the wonderful Mr & Mrs Talbot.

Old tired, leaking conservatory with a poly carb roof on its last legs flipped over to anthracite grey windows and new opening created to incorporate bifold doors bringing the outside to in.

Roof was all stripped off and rebuilt with a roof lantern added to create some fantastic lighting over the dining area then the roof finished in fibre glass.

Been an absolute pleasure to do this and to be able to build a wonderful now usable living space.

So….it’s been a while on the socials side…two years to be exact!!!

How time flies when you’re having fun!!

A mixture of being so busy and basically Facebook making life really hard to reach out with posts etc it felt like a pain I didn’t really need which I always felt disappointed with as I enjoy showing the transformations people have done with their properties that we’ve been a part of and also saying a big thank you for using our services!!

So after finally getting to the bottom of the social media side and finding an easier way to get it out across all platforms I’ll be updating all my work from what’s coming up and also going back to previous that I’ve not been able to display, so don’t be surprised if work from yours pops up with your name even if it was from a little bit back!!

So I look forward to seeing many old and new clients in 2025 and wish you the very best for the coming year!!

Catching up on catching up seen as my seven year old apprentice has gone on strike on administrative duties wanting a pay rise like the rest of the country apparently three new Lego sets don’t cut it now!!

Anyway without further ado and in no particular order as it’s just been crazy!!

Full house switch up replacing all old, tired and zero efficient white Upvc windows with new A rated ones then topped off with a fantastically detailed new sleek and modern composite door.

Looks fantastic Robert and Martin totally changed and brought the house to life again, thanks for the work.
