Clean all surfaces before any prep goes on so you get maximum adhesion.
Its the 7 p's
Proper prior planning prevents p**s poor performance

Its all in th preparation.... hacked off jet washed all clean, green grit for a good adhesion, and a quick render, just needs topped off, and a silicone texture finish.
All ready to roll now tho th hard bits done.

Only before pics I have came from the customer, I didnt notice i dodnt take any. As you can see under th window was render covering over old lime motor and touching th floor too.
So th walls could not breathe and it stunk of damp behind th render.
All took off and washed down.
I mannaged to save it and get it repointed.
Now it has some life left it it again.
Looks way better too

Couple of fences, 1 just a straight fence and another with a bit of a wider gate on.
Along with a little post box the customer asked if I could make so they had a nice safe area for there post to go.
Just needs a little lock on th box and a nice new letter box on th front fence....
