Another transformation to a rental property where a long term tenant of 18 years had lived here so all a little dated and in need of some TLC.
The landlord had decided to go for a new kitchen and bathroom but left the tiles as they were in good order.
Then onto the stripping of wallpaper, borders and carpets.
All painted to a neutral colour walls with fresh white door surrounds and skirtings. New windows and doors.
And then to complete the job with new carpets fitted by some carpet fitters.
The garden had a good clear up, the fence and shed had 2 costs of creosote.
All in all a nice little property ready for the rental market again, with hopefully another long term tenant.

Ok, so here is the total transformation, the new owners requested certain colours they had chosen to complement the cottage how they had seen and got ideas from, in magazines.
To add to the finished look a new open style fence was added to the rear to keep the sheep and cows in the field whilst uninterrupting the views.
All colours were matched to the farrow and ball range in a dulux paint mixed to this specification.
The cottage has since been dressed to really show the look they were aiming for.
I really think it has given this cottage a new life and look.
Anyone needing jobs similar dont matter how big or small then let us transform into what you are aiming for!!!

Hi everyone,
I know you haven't seen any posts from myself for a while, so now is the time to show you what we have up to.
Take a look at this lovely little cottage which we were asked to completely re-decorate from top to bottom and from inside to outside. These photos are all of the before,

A re - decoration on a rental property ready for new tenants to come in very soon. The landlords requested a freshen up in all rooms and a total colour change in the bathroom from a dark blue to a more inviting bright white giving it a clean fresh look and with a new grey lino fitted, an amazing result after 5 coats of paint to cover it up.

Time to upload some more completed jobs from myself and Adrian Dalley with results of very happy customers!!
Firstly a new facelift to a well weathered front on a garage which had wood tongue and grooved panelling.
This was taken down only to find the wood frame behind had been subject to rot and wood worm.
All totally replaced using new 4 x 2 tanalised timber with a slight repositioning of a window aperture. Then the panelling was replaced using a black plastic wood grain boarding from the manufacturers FREEFOAM. I have now become a registered freefoam installer which in turn gives a a longer guarantee to the product.

Last week with Adrian Dalley
A new modern look given to this property with the removal of the tiles on the upper half, then it has been replaced with a misty grey plastic composite panel with a wood grain effect.
A new bathroom window fitted as well.
All timbers renewed and a breathable membrane fixed to these before the installation of the panels, finished off with matching trims.

Another decking job completed with Adrian Dalley in time for all the lovely summer weather we are having, imagine sitting in the sun with a glass of wine or a bottle of beer.

Please take a look at these photos, some remedial frame works had to be carried out to make a strong deck again before the decking boards were screwed down, also a removable section was installed to access a manhole cover in an emergency.

Hello everyone.
Just a little paint job I completed from the bright yellow walls in a hallway to a more modern grey (perfectly taupe) colour. What a transformation this is with also a freshly painted white ceiling and white skirting, door frames and doors. This was loved so much that the second bedroom had a freshen up as well with the same treatment this time from magnolia walls to perfectly taupe.

Please take a look at the job completed by myself and Adrian Dalley on this property with a fresh new modern look. All windows and door were replaced with new upvc and the well weathered tongue and groove wood panelling was taken down and replaced with a misty grey colour Fortex tongue and grooved panelling with a textured finish and then complemented with white fascia, guttering and downpipe. Please take some time to take a look at a job a customer asked me to undertake. Myself and Adrian Dalley have completed it and what a transformation it has made as it looks like it is going to be placed on the property market to sell. Works carried out was a whole new deck area as the previous on had done the test of time. A new featheredge fence to replace old fence panels with a redesign to incorporate a granite chipping area for more parking and then a fresh new look to the exterior of the house with a nice blue colour. A Garage that was not used much made into what will be soon a fully usable room.
This was another job that myself and Adrian Dalley was asked to help with in transforming to make another usable room.
Also we carried out fully insulating the inside and plasterboarding which was dry lined ready for the client to paint.
