So current job....

Major condensation issues due to wallpaper on the external wall side. So first port of call was removing the wallpaper, then as you see from the next lot of photos, as the wallpaper was removed due to the severe damp wallpaper it has killed the pain underneath so the paint has peeled off with the paper (absolute nightmare at the time). Washed the walls down with sugar soap and a scotch brite to removed any adhesive left on the wall. There was lots of hairline cracks in the wall so have raked them out as you can see, peel stopped cracks and flakey paint, flex filled the deeper ones and then filled with a toupret filler. Sanded after I left it to dry for 24 hours and then filled again with a fine surface filler, sanded again and then primed the wall with zinsser bullseye 123 as its a breathable paint as this seals the plaster and allows the wall to still be able to breathe. So this is the process so far.
