Here's one of a stunning herringbone design LVT that we forgot to upload a short while ago.

Supplied and installed latex smoothing compound prior to the stunning 'Boulevard' LVT range.

Herringbone flooring is HUGELY popular and with LVT being so hard-wearing it's easy to see why we install so much of this nowadays!

Recent LVT install carried out by us at 1stfloor 🔥

We did everything from uplift & removal of clients old laminate flooring, getting the subfloor ready for preparation, applying a primer prior to a latex smoothing compound to then installing the excellent 'J2' luxury vinyl tile range!

Customers were over the moon that their vision whilst choosing from our samples worked perfectly once installed 💪

Visited a lovely lady in desperate need of our help, sorting out some karndean that a local builder who wasn't qualified to do the job had attempted (more to follow after xmas)!!

As you can see from the first few photos his latex attempt was pretty shambolic, not only a poor finish but latex splashed all up the walls and door frames which was left to dry!!

You'll see from the last photo what a latex smoothing compound is supposed to look like prior to karndean being installed 😉

This particular room needed the capping and coving to meet the residents needs, we installed a modern looking wood effect vinyl to save the room looking too dull and 'commercial'

A recent job carried out for a repeat customer, if you've seen our previous posts then you'd recognise this lovely customers lounge that we installed LVT in a couple months back, well they loved it that much that they asked us back to take up an engineered wood floor, prime and then apply latex ready to carry on the 'Boulevard' luxury vinyl tile through their dining room, hallway and WC area. 😍

We even managed to get a bit creative and cover up an old oak threshold to modernise it 🔥

Luxury vinyl tiles are a superb, resilient, water resistant and modern floor covering that is currently taking the flooring trade by storm!

Yet another luxury vinyl tile install that we have just completed in a herringbone pattern!

Just over 50m2 of renovation screed applied after making good this floor prior to installing this beautiful mid oak herringbone plank. This particular range is 2.5mm thick and boasts an incredible .55mm wear layer, excellent for households with pets and children!
