Due to the extreme weather conditions and after working through today’s heat, I have had to make the difficult decision to suspend work for the next couple of days.
With the temperatures we are expecting, many of the materials we use become less manageable and may not achieve their intended performance without additional measures. As a company, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards in our work and will not compromise on quality simply to keep to schedule.
As much as we want to avoid disappointing our customers, I cannot justify putting myself or my team at risk. Today’s conditions were already a real struggle, and with temperatures expected to be even higher over the next two days, the health and wellbeing of our workforce has to come first.
This decision has been made not only for the safety of our team, but also to ensure the quality and longevity of the work we deliver.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Work will resume as soon as temperatures ease and conditions are safe and suitable once again.
We understand this may have a knock-on effect on some scheduled projects, but please rest assured that revised dates will be sent to all affected customers.
