Another project recently completed by MW Property Services.

Our customer wanted a total re-vamp of their family garden which included:

▪️Each tiered patio areas and garden were extended with new concrete block retaining walls cladded with Volcano Light grey Porcelain tiles and capped with Quartz Anthracite Porcelain slabs.

▪️Patio areas were paved with 900x450mm Quartz Anthracite Porcelain Slabs with Anthracite grout.

▪️Black Ice decorative stone was placed in the surround.

▪️Garden area re-turfed with premium grade grass.

▪️Pagoda pack erected.

Another project recently completed by MW Property Services.

Top patio area levelled up with a sleeper surround and paved with 900x600mm Riven Lava porcelain slabs with stylish step fitted for flow of design to the path and to bottom patio area. This was finished with black ice decorative stone for surround.

Old decking and frame removed and replaced with composite and balustrade rails to match.

This project doubled up as a roof to an outhouse so the frame was built on a camber to create a fall, boarded and water proofed then battens fitted to raise the boards so rain water can flow freely underneath.

The patio slabs were jetted and re-pointed with resin joint compound revitalising the area but still leaving a rustic look.

Like a lot of these types of lintels in this area the rebar had corroded causing the concrete to crack and break off and dangerous falling from the first floor window.

We removed the unsafe external wall lintel and lead drip tray and replaced with a Catnic single leaf angle lintel and new drip tray and laid extra line of reclaimed Accrington bricks to match.

This customer wanted to replace this kerbstone wall with a sleeper feature wall.

Unfortunately they were retaining the underneath of the next door neighbours patio and were worried incase if any subsidence.

Instead we studded over the kerbstones and cladded with 4x2 timber and decorated as requested.

We also rebuilt the steps and paved with Kandla grey Indian stone slabs and cladded the existing wall with timber.

One of our bigger projects boxed off recently involving the works of a full garden makeover.

▪️Quartz grey porcelain slabs with black grouting.
▪️35mm luxury artificial grass.
▪️Ash composite decking.
▪️Slatted fencing.

Another job boxed off today by MW Property Services.

This property is situated in town centre so parking spaces are restricted per household.

The rear garden/yard has been converted to a drive for off road parking and in addition the old decked area has been replaced with Kota black Indian stone slabs with light grey resin joint compound. The tarmac drive has been edged with charcoal block paviors and gates where custom built by us to ensure a quality built long lasting product.

A big thanks to St Georges Aggregates for the supply and fast delivery of all quality materials as space was restricted and access challenging due to the location of the property.

One of our bigger jobs boxed off this weekend.

Patio ripped out and extended with 75 m² of 1000x500mm Dolomite Sunset porcelain slabs laid with charcoal grout and edged with Cheshire Pink decorative stone ready for the happy customer to enjoy what summer we get here in the UK in there back garden.
