Sometimes the best deliveries are the ones that make you work for them! 💪📏

This customer wanted the biggest hot tub possible, however their access was limited, and after a careful site survey we managed to make it happen without the need for a crane.

The tub itself was one of our ex-showroom models, so they also managed to secure themselves a great deal.

With the hot tub installed, electrics connected, and everything up and running, we think it looks absolutely spot on in its new home.

Now all that's left is for the owners to sit back, relax, and enjoy it! 😊

A tight one today!

This hot tub had to be delivered through a narrow gap between a bungalow and an outbuilding, with an outside tap, a TV aerial/Sky dish pole, and overhead cables all adding to the fun.

At first glance, it looked impossible, but thankfully we did a pre-delivery site survey and knew it would fit. 👍

This is exactly why we carry out access surveys before every installation. Accurate measurements and experience make all the difference when delivery day arrives.

It's delivery day! 🎉

Please, please, pleeeeeease don't rain today. 🙏☀️

We're heading over to Helpringham this morning to deliver an ex-showroom Fantasy Spa. We can't wait to get it into position, filled up, and ready to enjoy.

The access is very tight, so it's going to be an interesting one, but where there's a will, there's a way... it'll fit! 😄

This lovely couple first visited our showroom a few weeks ago to look at hot tubs. After visiting a few other places, they came back the following weekend and placed a deposit with us. For them to return after looking around means a lot, and we're incredibly grateful for their support.

🎮 Today's game is... Hot Tub Tetris.

We've sold the hot tub that's furthest away from the showroom door (of course we have), so today's challenge is to move a showroom full of hot tubs around to get it ready for delivery next week.

The rules are simple:

✓ Don't scratch anything
✓ Don't trap yourself in a corner
✓ Create space for new stock arriving soon
✓ Try not to move the same hot tub twice

It's amazing how quickly a straightforward job turns into a giant puzzle when the pieces weigh a few hundred kilos each!

Running a hot tub showroom isn't always glamorous, but it certainly keeps us busy.

☀️ It’s been absolutely scorching the last few days, but we've still been out on the road helping customers get the very best from their hot tubs.

Yesterday’s view while visiting one of our customers… definitely one of the nicer “workplaces” we’ve seen lately. I bet it's beautiful for a late evening dip.

At this point I’ve spent so much time sitting in hot tubs testing them that I’m basically becoming amphibious!!! 🤪

So naturally the UK will respond by:

- buying 14 bags of ice ✔️
- complaining the bedroom’s too hot ✔️✔️✔️
- and standing in B&Q looking confused at paddling pools 😅✔️

Meanwhile, hot tub owners will be sat outside with the temperature turned down to around 𝟯𝟰–𝟯𝟱°𝗖 pretending they’re in a spa hotel. ♨️🍹

People assume hot tubs are unbearable in summer, but honestly they’re brilliant in weather like this... In fact, with modern insulation, they’re so efficient that in heatwaves they practically try to heat themselves! 😂

𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 as usual if anyone wants to come and see why the neighbours keep “just popping round for a look” every time the sun comes out ☀️

Facebook tells me I should be making “engaging content” to sell more hot tubs.

So here’s the truth…

It’s Thursday morning, I’m sat in the showroom eating a slightly disappointing banana, wondering how many people are putting off buying a hot tub because they think they cost a fortune to run.

Meanwhile half the country is spending £7 on coffee and £40 on takeaways every weekend 😅

Anyway… if you’ve been thinking about a hot tub, come and have a nosy. No pressure, no hard sell, just honest advice and a showroom that’s somehow colder than outside most of the year 😂
