A view that never gets old. The iconic Boston Stump rising above the skyline of Boston, Lincolnshire.
Officially the tower of St Botolph’s Church, the Stump has watched over the town for more than 500 years. Built during the height of Boston’s medieval prosperity as one of England’s most important trading ports, its impressive scale and craftsmanship still make it one of the tallest parish church towers in the country.
For us, it’s a powerful reminder that great architecture is built to stand the test of time. The design, structure and ambition behind buildings like this continue to shape the character of our towns centuries later.
At Neil Dowlman Architecture Ltd, we’re constantly inspired by the historic architecture that surrounds us and our offices, where heritage, design and place come together.
