Artificial grass laid to tidy up a front garden. Low maintenance and the neighbours are happy the stone chippings are gone as local school kids were kicking them at his car!

Old quadrant shower cubicle had seen better days so nice new cubicle installed and new flooring down. Sometimes you don't need a whole bathroom refit but just a refresh 🙂I remembered the "during" photos but forgot the after 🙈

Forgot the before photo but previous sink was smaller in size so worktop cut to fit this lovely new sink and taps ❤️
