We were given the challenge of completely updating the property’s main bathroom.

The whole room was stripped to a bare shell, re plumbed, plastered, tiled and finished with vinyl flooring and a very stylish suite !

Bourne Property Solutions have completed yet another project to a high standard. Our clients required their bathroom converted to a ensuite shower room accessed through their master bedroom. Blocking up the obsolete doorway, we created a new opening into the bedroom. Replastered, re-tiled, complete with new lighting, flooring and a stunning shower room suite.

Our last project of 2025 ! A fire damaged 2 bedroom flat.

We had to completely clear the property of all of the smoke damaged furniture, floor coverings and kitchen.

The client also wanted the dividing wall between the existing kitchen and front room removed to create a new open plan kitchen and living area .

Another stunning bathroom conversion carried out by Bourne Property Solutions Ltd.

We were given the challenge of completely replacing a dated 1980s main bathroom suite and at the same time making the bath a combined shower/bath.

And it’s bathroom number 2 for this client.

The original bathroom as you can see had not been touched since the 1970s .. a real time warp !

The layout has remained the same with a new sink & toilet but the bath has been re-enamelled and re-used.

Finished with random patterned olive green tiles & LVT flooring.

We also fitted new LED lighting.

BPS worked with the client on the design and their preference for the final finish.

Another absolutely stunning bathroom conversion carried out by Bourne Property Solutions Ltd !

We had to carry out a full bathroom refurbishment with a 3 week deadline !! It was located within a student let at Ensbury Park, Bournemouth.

As you can see it was a back to brick strip out, we had to re plasterboard the walls & ceiling.

New LED spotlights were installed, all the walls were tiled, the corner bath was replaced with a walk in shower, vinyl click flooring was installed and the stunning new bathroom suite was then fitted.

What a transformation this was !

The students really did not know themselves on their return to the property after the summer break !

Another project completed by Bourne Property Solutions Ltd.

Our clients required a refresh of their ensuite with the removal of the shower tray and installation of a new bath and shower. Repositioning of the toilet, allowed us to utilise the clients existing vanity unit with an upgraded worktop and recessed sink. Fully tiled, upgraded lighting and extraction, with underfloor heating to keep toes warm on cold winter mornings.
