All guttering removed. All surfaces washed down. Fascia and soffit thoroughly rubbed down, filling all cracks and indentations. 2 x undercoats and 1 x coat gloss to finish. Render areas repaired and 2 x coats of smooth masonry.

Porch area to be removed at a later date
