6 new Thermostatic radiator valves fitted,drain valve added to heating system as was not one there. Heating system wouldn't fill back up and a blocked cold feed found. New pipe run and alterations done. Now working nicely. Also a cold water storage tank in the loft replaced for a new sealed tank, the old one had no lid and was full of all sorts of rubbish from when the roof was done.

Gutters cleaned out,downpipes unblocked. Replaced gutter joints where leaking as previously someone had covered everything in silicone instead of repairing properly. Not many pics as typically we had torrential down pours while doing this one.

Nice new car port roof fitted.
Old cloudy plastic roof sheets removed, facia replaced, new polycarbonate roof sheets, glazing bars and trims fitted that were supplied by the customer, then new flashing.

Nice little job today in the dry (mostly)

* Kitchen sink mixer tap changed and new isolation valves fitted.
* New key safe fitted as the old one was difficult to open and faulty.
* Kichen cupboard doors adjusted.
* Small hole in ceiling filled.

Just repainted this pebble dash bungalow. Was hard work but worth the effort 👌

Hedge trimmed and garage wall painted over to freshen it up. It actually tried to rain a few times but got away with it.

3 fence posts rotten at the concrete spurs and a few others places the fence rails had come away from the posts. All fixed up unfortunately forgot to take pics when it was completely finished.
