We are proud to announce the successful transformation of Rickmansworth Park JMI School, enhancing building performance, aesthetics, and sustainability as part of Hertfordshire County Council’s initiatives.

📍Location: Rickmansworth
👥 Client: Hertfordshire County Council

The Challenge:
Executing a refurbishment within a live school environment presented unique challenges. Ei Projects was awarded this complex project due to our expertise in the public sector and our commitment to health and safety, sustainability, and quality.

Our Approach:
We conducted a comprehensive refurbishment while the school remained operational, utilising out-of-hours working and phased programming. The strong communication and relationship we established with the school were crucial to our success.

The Outcome:
This project has significantly transformed Rickmansworth Park JMI School, enhancing the educational experience for students and modernising the building’s performance and efficiency.

Last year, we had the privilege of delivering this project for a highly regarded, forward-thinking school. Working on a tight summer schedule, we ensured the facility was ready to welcome new pupils in September.

It was truly rewarding to contribute to an educational environment designed to benefit both pupils and staff for years to come.
