Really pleased to see the first sale has now completed at Larksmead Gardens. We had the pleasure of styling the show home for Lawsh. Great news for all involved 🥂🍾
🍾 First Completion at Larksmead Gardens 🍾
Symonds & Sampson Blandford is delighted to announce the first completion and key handover at the gated Larksmead Gardens development. The house was sold by Senior Residential Sales Negotiator Ryan Baker, who agreed the sale late last year prior to marketing commencing.
To mark the event, the new owner was presented with a large bouquet of flowers from Simon Crow of Lawsh in celebration of the occasion.
