This is something a little different we have completed recently for a client in Lymington.

Microcement in titanium grey to a chimney breast. The idea was to have a floating concrete slab. I think we did ok 😮‍💨

That’s a wrap for 2022! This was our last one for the year and it’s up there with one of our favourites. Special thanks goes out to our client for their patience and amazing choices of tiles, bathroom suite and micro cement for the wall finish. A product we used for the first time and looks fantastic. The pictures don’t do it justice! Oh, and we can’t forget the toasty underfloor heating, the cat certainly approves.

We also brought central heating back to the house for the first time in 25 years thanks to a new boiler installation and radiators throughout. Lastly, we the electrics have been brought up to date with new fuse board, electric vehicle charging point and Nest wireless thermostat, all carried out by our electrician.

We are small locally based team covering Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and beyond. Currently we are now taking bookings from March onwards and would be happy to discuss your next project.

It’s a wrap! We finished this stunning bathroom yesterday and we are so happy with how it turned out!

With a some great colour choices and design elements by the client and discovery of an original fireplace behind a cupboard, we have turned this room in to a calm, relaxing and warm place to unwind from daily life. This bathroom will be enjoyed for many years to come.

Another project completed ✅

We undertook full garage conversion for an existing customer who we had already renovated two bathrooms for.

We converted this integral garage to a habitable space including;

New kitchen
New bathroom incl new drainage connection
New insulated floor and lvt installation
New central heating
New lights/sockets/tv points/fire & smoke alarms
New access door
Block up old garage door and replace with window
New plastering throughout

All carried out to high speciation and liaison on the customer’s behalf with Building Control to ensure everything was completed correctly.

The client now has a self contained usable space that is currently rented.

Well it’s been a busy summer! Here’s one of 3 decking jobs in row!

Removal of rotten 20 year old deck, reconstructed with new timber frame and joist protection.

It was then covered in lovely anthracite composite decking that will NEVER ROT, provide grip even when wet and looks fantastic to boot! And lastly some fancy festoon lights to illuminate the area at night!

A recent full house renovation in Alum Chine, stunning results...well worth the effort!

We need to dig out the 'befores' so you can really see what a transformation this was.

New skirtings and coving throughout.
Celings and walls either skimmed or replaced for fresh, smooth finishes.
All radiators replaced.
New Boiler.
Installed reclaimed fireplaces in the 2 main bedrooms.
Beautiful new colour schemes throughout .
Incredible new bathroom with a terrazzo floor and feature wall.
Original floorboards sanded back to their former glory.
